ohhhhh, onyaanya
hello internet,
i'm going to start posting on a blog again. i have to censor it a bit because p.c. does not want any bad media floating around on the internet. (not that i'd ever break the rules....*wink*wink). i will post my usual abby-ramblings about my fairly boring life. yes, life is boring anywhere.
this one will be quick. i have things to do and people to see. actually, i don't, but i have been staring at the computer screen long enough for one day. i'll probably do what i do every night and go for a little run, cook a fairly simple dinner, and read a book. isn't life grand?!
i am living in onyaanya. a village-ish/town-ish place in the north...about 35 k south of ondangwa. i say town-ish because it isn't 20k back in the bush. namibia has a shockingly small population that you can't really get your head around until you see how few people there really are. so, basically everywhere feels like a village. whenever i say where i live i get the response "ohhhh, onyaanya". it amuses me.
and i'm spent. until next time....
